Our policy for refunds on digital courses and physical materials
Refund Policy
In accordance with the guidelines from the Commerce Ministry, our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for digital courses and within 3 days of delivery for physical materials.
- For digital courses, refunds are eligible if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
- For physical materials, products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the approval date.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
